The special exhibition “Königstein: The Safest Fortress in Germany” is on view at the Nanjing City Wall Museum from June 22, 2025. It is jointly hosted by the Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, the Foreign Affairs Office of the Nanjing Municipal People’s Government, and the Nanjing City Wall Protection and Management Center, and organized by the Nanjing City Wall Museum. Orientaltrans provided German simultaneous interpretation services for the opening ceremony.

The exhibition showcases more than 100 exquisite artifacts from Germany’s Königstein Fortress, all making their first appearance in China and in the ancient capital of Nanjing.
